A woman was identified as Jaycee Lee Dugard, the California girl who disappeared in 1991 when he was 11, abducted while on his way from school. The girl, who now 29 years, appeared in the town of Concord, in Riverside County, northern California (USA). He attended a local police station and said he was missing, reports CBS television.
The girl's stepfather, Carl Probyn, told KTVU channel that his mother "received a call from the FBI, said JC had found and was alive."Then his wife could hear the voice of his missing daughter on the phone: "He talked to her and was convinced it was Jaycee. He remembered everything" he explained.
Probyn added that the mother goes to the area where missing has been found and that the FBI had identified those responsible for the kidnapping. The authorities noted that keeps two people held in connection with the case. Jaycee Lee Dugard was kidnapped on 10 June 1991 morning. They walked toward the bus stop when a stranger entered a gray tourism while the girl screamed.
The scene was witnessed from his home by the girl's stepfather, who tried to pursue the vehicle on a bicycle, but failed to reach him. Nobody ever saw Jaycee, until today. So far details are unknown to the kidnapping and why Jaycee Lee Dugard was hidden all this time. Today, police have announced a press conference to give details of the event.
